When We Are Closed

ALWAYS telephone - 465 2950 in the first instance.  Have a pen and paper handy and listen carefully to any recorded message.

The out-of-hours service is for EMERGENCIES ONLY.

Be prepared to take a message and another telephone number for NHS 111. If you need a consultation with a clinician the NHS 111 service will relay the information to Badger who are our out of hours provider.

If a visit is required, please put a light on, it would also help if you have a door number which is clearly visible.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency
Call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergencyNHS ChoicesThis site is brought to you by My Surgery Website
